Todos los Bungalows, Duplex y Apartamentos tienen una zona con piscina comunitaria con aseos y tumbonas. Y si es propietario de una villa individual su parcela permite construir su propia piscina ó jacuzzi, incluso una sauna en la torre de la cubierta. You can enjoy the biggest garden on the island, the 18 holes golf course, without having to maintain it. And if you feel to play you have special prices awaiting you. White sandy beach is nearly on your doorstep and protected with wave breakers, the ideal for learning your kids to swim.
All semi detached houses have a communal pool with toilets and sun beds and if you are owner of your own villa your plot is big enough to construct your private swimming pool or jacuzzi, even a sauna in the tower on your solarium.
When some friends are visiting you and you don’t want that they stay at your home, we can arrange a special deal in our Hotels of the Elba Group. You have our multi service Shopping Centre with Shops, Supermarket, Bars, Restaurants but also a Multi Cinema and an American ten pin Bowling with 10 lanes. We do not sell our land to anyone. This means that the all Resort will offer you the same style, design and quality you aspect.
