I've been on the island for 45 years and it's now time to part with this piece of earth, i.e. I "wisely" agreed to part with my beloved house. Jacomo was already very helpful to me 17 years ago to enable a "valuation" of my house and so I intuitively called him to include my house in his offer. It didn't take 3 days before a buyer was found. The subsequent agreements were reached quickly and carefully thanks to Jacomo's helpful support and his effective cooperation with his lawyer José Miranda.
I can only recommend Jacomo and his "team" to anyone who is interested!
I have now said goodbye to my "paradise" with a crying and a laughing eye!

My wife and I have known Fuerteventura since the beginning of the 90 years and in recent years we have been thinking more about buying an object on Fuerteventura.
In mid-2019, the decision was a lot because the plan to implement our local knowledge helped us to find the right property, we wanted to go to Puerto del Rosario. Whenever we found a suitable property, it was snatched from our faces. And then we found an object at Forum Inmobiliaria with Jacomo Waldherr in communication with him. I asked if there was a way to reserve the object from Germany.
The answer came quickly.
We can make an option purchase contract with a down payment which, after inspection and if the property has fallen, becomes a sales contract after further down payment to 10%.
What we did then, we can only say thank you for so much professionalism, experience and competence before and after the purchase, great care
