This 5,016 m² plot of land is located in the sought-after Mazo district of Lajares. It sits directly on Calle Majanicho, one of the main thoroughfares in northern Fuerteventura. Its location gives it exceptional presence, combining spaciousness, visibility, and a strategic position in one of Lajares' most promising areas.
This plot of land is hard to find on the current Lajares real estate market due to its size and development potential. The plot offers a buildable area of up to 1,254 m² with a maximum occupancy rate of 25% and the possibility of constructing a ground floor and an upper floor. Furthermore, it is suitable for use as a single-family home, as well as certain commercial and restaurant uses on the ground floor, which significantly increases the investment value of the land.
The plot's appeal lies in its potential for mixed-use development, as the size of the area and its location on the main road allow for optimal use. The diverse residential and commercial development opportunities make this property an extremely attractive investment. Key features include:

Information about the village of Lajares
The village of Lajares, with its approximately 1,300 inhabitants, lies roughly halfway between the two resorts of Corralejo and El Cotillo in northern Fuerteventura. From Puerto del Rosario, take the FV-10 towards La Oliva and then towards El Cotillo.
Even from a distance, the two well-preserved windmills (called Molino and Molina) are visible as you approach the village. Grain was once widely cultivated there. Lajares is also very interesting because of its Canarian Arts and Crafts School, the "Escuela de Artesanía Canaria." The school opened in 1950, where many women sold their embroidery, basketry, and straw hats.
These days, Lajares is a popular destination for surfers, especially since a former successful World Cup pro (Jürgen Hönscheid) produces his boards there and also runs his own shop (Northshore). Lajares also has many restaurants and a large supermarket.
Bus/Taxi
A bus stop is available. Bus schedules can be found in island magazines, or you can ask the bus driver.
