Corralejo is Fuerteventura's second largest tourist resort after Jandia/Morro Jable and is located in the far north of the island. Corralejo is a lively town, but its main attraction is the protected dune area "El Jable," located at the southern end of the town.
Corralejo is located in the north of Fuerteventura and is approximately 45 km from the airport.
The former small fishing village has developed into the largest tourist resort in the north and the second largest on all of Fuerteventura. Corralejo belongs to the municipality of La Oliva and is particularly popular with British tourists. This is reflected in the numerous English pubs and bars.Corralejo has a charming historic town center. Its proximity to the harbor and the narrow streets give the town flair despite its size.
